The team has embraced a football theme for the weekend, showcasing custom football jerseys with their regular sponsors and a unique crest. Additionally, the car has been revamped with a World Cup-inspired design featuring football motifs on the wheel covers.
Drivers Liam Lawson and Arvid Lindblad have been captured wearing the new jerseys, which were designed in collaboration with independent designers like Florence Burns, Hattie Crowther, and Ezra Alexander. Racing Bulls CEO, Peter Bayer, emphasized the connection between Formula 1 and football, stating that both sports share a passionate community and culture. The team aims to merge the energy of both sports through VCARB FC and involve emerging talents in their campaigns.
Following an impressive performance at the Monaco Grand Prix, where Lawson and Lindblad secured fifth and sixth places, respectively, Racing Bulls is eager to carry forward the momentum to Barcelona. The team garnered 18 points from the race, positioning them closely behind Alpine in the constructors’ standings.
Lawson expressed satisfaction with their Monaco results and looks forward to the challenges at the Barcelona track, highlighting the significance of racing with the VCARB FC livery.
