Police are currently searching for a man who committed indecent exposure in the presence of two women and a young child. The Thames Valley Police reported that the suspect rode past a woman and child around 11.20 am on Wednesday in Didcot. He then dismounted, entered nearby bushes, and exposed himself near Longford Way.
In another incident occurring around 1.05 pm, the same man cycled past another woman on the cycle track between Hagbourne and Upton. Once again, he entered bushes and exposed himself as the victim walked by. Described as a black man in his twenties with a slim build, afro-style hair, and wearing dark jeans and a dark top while cycling on a black bike, the offender remains at large.
PC Daniel Mellor, the investigating officer, urged anyone who witnessed the incidents or possesses information to come forward to assist the Thames Valley Police. He also called on individuals who were in the vicinity during the occurrences or have CCTV or door-cam footage to provide any relevant details. Witnesses are encouraged to contact the police at 101 or submit a report via the official website, quoting reference number 43260182552.
