Following complications during surgery to remove the brain tumors, Tammy lost vision in her right eye. She is among 11 women in Scotland pursuing legal action against Pfizer, the manufacturer. Despite facing jurisdictional challenges that prevented her London-based solicitor from taking her case, Tammy is determined to seek compensation and will meet with Liberal Democrat MSP Willie Rennie for support.
Approximately 2,500 women in the US are currently suing Pfizer over similar issues. Tammy plans to discuss her situation with MSP Rennie in the upcoming week.
