Rory McIlroy, the reigning champion, has unveiled his menu for the prestigious gathering, featuring his mother’s special dish of Rosie’s dates stuffed with goat’s cheese among the appetizers.
McIlroy clinched the Green Jacket 11 months ago after a tense final round, securing his career Grand Slam by defeating Justin Rose in a playoff. As a privilege of his victory, McIlroy will host the iconic champions dinner at Augusta National next month, where Scottie Scheffler will be abiding by his own set of rules.
Recently, McIlroy disclosed the dinner menu, offering a choice between Wagyu Filet Mignon and seared salmon as the main course. Known as the Masters Club Dinner, this exclusive event occurs on Tuesday of tournament week and is restricted to Green Jacket winners only.
The defending champion selects the menu each year for the champions dinner. In 2025, Scottie Scheffler served three starters, including cheeseburger sliders, firecracker shrimp, and “Papa Scheff’s meatball and ravioli bites,” with a humorous nod to a previous Christmas mishap. A Texas-style chili followed, with the main course offering wood-fired cowboy ribeye or blackened redfish, and warm chocolate chip skillet cookies with vanilla bean ice cream for dessert.
Previous champions like Hideki Matsuyama and Sir Nick Faldo have also curated memorable menus for the event, each adding their unique touch to the prestigious gathering.
