Jordan was discovered in a canal wearing a grey shirt and black trousers, with no shoes. A keycard for a local hotel and his phone were found nearby. Investigators ruled out signs of physical altercation or struggle.
The discovery of Jordan’s body occurred on a Saturday around 12:30 pm, with authorities estimating he had been deceased for a maximum of two days before being found. The body had started to bloat due to prolonged submersion in water.
A spokesperson from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office mentioned that they are providing support to the family of the deceased British national and are in contact with the local authorities.
