The renowned music group, The Pussycat Dolls, have revealed their reunion for a global tour alongside the release of a fresh single. Initially comprising six members, the new lineup consists solely of original members Nicole Scherzinger, Kimberly Wyatt, and Ashley Roberts. Their upcoming tour, titled PCD Forever, is scheduled to encompass 53 shows across the UK, US, and Europe starting in June. The group’s latest track, “Club Song,” co-written by Scherzinger, will be launched on Thursday, marking their first release since 2019’s “React.”
In addition to the tour, the group has disclosed plans for a 20th-anniversary reissue of their debut album, “PCD,” from 2005, and their subsequent album, “Doll Domination,” released in 2008. Both albums, set for re-release on May 8, will include previously unreleased songs.
The tour will commence on June 4 in California, with the first UK performance at Birmingham’s Utilita Arena on September 29. Subsequently, the group will hit eight more UK cities, including Nottingham, Leeds, and Glasgow, culminating at The O2 in London on October 13. Notable for hits like “Hush Hush,” “Bottle Pop” (featuring Snoop Dogg), and “Whatcha Think About That” (featuring Missy Elliott), the group has left a lasting mark on the music scene.
In 2019, Kimberly Wyatt reunited briefly with bandmates Nicole Scherzinger, Ashley Roberts, Carmit Bachar, and Jessica Sutta, excluding Melody Thornton. Their plans for a global tour following the release of “React” were thwarted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite initial excitement, the tour was canceled due to evolving circumstances, as revealed by Nicole on Instagram, leaving both the band and fans disappointed.
Since her Pussycat Dolls days, Scherzinger has found success as a judge on The X Factor in both the UK and US. In 2024, she clinched the Olivier award for best actress in a musical for her role in Sunset Boulevard in the West End, later winning a Tony award when the show moved to Broadway the next year. Meanwhile, Wyatt and Roberts, who departed the group in 2010, have ventured into reality TV and theater, with Roberts also serving as a presenter on Heart Radio.
UK fans can register for early access to tour tickets at pcdforever.com until March 16, with general ticket sales opening on March 20.
