Huntley, the Soham murderer, is currently hospitalized after a vicious assault in HMP Frankland, known for housing dangerous criminals. Couzens, a former police officer who raped and murdered Sarah Everard, is said to be terrified of becoming the next target for violence in the wake of Huntley’s attack.
Huntley, aged 52, was hospitalized after being repeatedly struck with a metal bar in the prison workshop. Medical staff managed to save his life despite initial assumptions that he had died.
