“Prison Panic: Wayne Couzens’ Fear Grows After Huntley Attack”

Wayne Couzens is reportedly feeling intense fear in his prison cell following a brutal attack on Ian Huntley. Huntley, the Soham murderer, is currently hospitalized after a vicious assault in HMP Frankland, known for housing dangerous criminals. Couzens, a former police officer who raped and murdered Sarah Everard, is said to be terrified of becoming the next target for violence in the wake of Huntley’s attack.

Huntley, aged 52, was hospitalized after being repeatedly struck with a metal bar in the prison workshop. Medical staff managed to save his life despite initial assumptions that he had died. A source revealed that Couzens is extremely frightened and rarely leaves his cell, expressing concerns about being targeted next, given his notoriety and the recent attention on the Sarah Everard case.

The prison insider disclosed that Couzens and Huntley were on the same wing in the jail, with Couzens facing similar levels of animosity. Couzens, described as not physically imposing, is considered at high risk due to his background as a former police officer and the infamy of his crime. Other notorious inmates, such as Urfan Sharif and David Fuller, are also reportedly anxious about potential threats to their safety.

Couzens infamously abducted and murdered Sarah Everard in 2021 after luring her under the guise of a Covid guidelines arrest. He was handed a whole life order in September 2021, with the judge emphasizing the egregious abuse of his police authority in the crime. The atmosphere in the prison has become tense with high-profile inmates apprehensive about their own security in the aftermath of Huntley’s assault.
