Opting for a facial, despite past reservations, I embraced the ‘Rewilding’ treatment at the Lush Spa, which proved to be extraordinary. The 50-minute sculpting facial massage included a personalized consultation, guiding me through each soothing step.
Utilizing hot and cold therapy, facial massage, and lymphatic techniques, the lifting facial aimed to rejuvenate and sculpt the skin, set to a custom soundtrack of nature-inspired folk tunes.
Crafted by Lush’s spa development team for optimal results with minimal interference, this facial is gentle even for sensitive skin types, leaving me radiantly glowing post-treatment.
The pampering commences with a double cleanse, followed by the application of Drop of Hope soap for a foaming cleanse, enriched with moisturizing rapeseed oil. Subsequently, Lush’s Ayesha face mask is applied for firming and brightening effects.
While the mask works its magic, tension is eased from the neck and head through targeted massage techniques. The process continues with the application of Full of Grace facial serum, focusing on sculpting and enhancing skin vitality.
Concluding with an invigorating cold therapy session using a witch hazel and peppermint jelly face mask, the treatment leaves the skin refreshed and rejuvenated. A luxurious moisturizer, infused with premium oils and fresh fruit extracts, is then applied for a radiant finish.
Each step of the treatment was exquisitely executed, inducing profound relaxation throughout. The cozy beds, complete with duvets, and heated blankets ensured a comfort akin to being at home.
