KSI, the newest minority owner of Dagenham & Redbridge, joined in the jubilation with former England star Andy Carroll as their team scored against Dorking Wanderers, the leaders of the National League South. Recently acquiring a stake in the club, the popular YouTuber was present in the stands at Chigwell Construction Stadium during the match on Saturday.

The game drew 2281 spectators, including 321 away fans who traveled from Dorking to witness the event. This turnout marked the Daggers’ third-highest attendance this season, with an additional 1,000 fans compared to their previous home game against AFC Totton.

Upon arrival at the stadium, KSI received a warm welcome from supporters and had the opportunity to meet the team in the locker room before taking his place in the stands next to former players from Newcastle, Liverpool, and West Ham United, including Carroll.

Carroll, aged 37, who joined Dagenham at the beginning of the season, is currently recuperating from a hamstring surgery, sidelining him from play.

The match was evenly contested in the first half, with the Daggers breaking the deadlock through Aramide Oteh’s goal in the 60th minute, prompting KSI to join Carroll in exuberant celebrations.

The home team secured a crucial victory, signaling the beginning of KSI’s ownership tenure with a significant three points to aid their ascent in the National League South standings.
