Canadian actress Carrie Anne Fleming has passed away at the age of 51 following a battle with breast cancer. Known for her roles in iZombie and Supernatural, she died in Sidney, British Columbia, last month.

Her Supernatural co-star, Jim Beaver, aged 75, confirmed her passing due to complications from breast cancer. Carrie, originally from Digby, Nova Scotia, attended Mount Douglas Senior Secondary in Victoria, B.C. She kick-started her acting career with roles in Viper and the film Happy Gilmore alongside Adam Sandler.

Carrie gained recognition for her role as Karen Singer in Supernatural, playing the wife of the main character Bobby Singer. Additionally, she starred in five seasons of iZombie as Candy Baker, a series that aired on The CW from 2015 to 2019, blending crime procedural, horror, and comedy elements.

Notably, iZombie received global acclaim for its writing, performances, and originality, with lead actress Rose McIver contributing to its success among comic book adaptations.

Carrie’s interest in the arts began at a young age, studying drama at the Kaleidoscope Theatre and the Kidco Theatre Dance Company. She is survived by her daughter, Madalyn Rose, and fans worldwide have expressed their condolences online, remembering her impactful roles.
