Four individuals have sustained injuries following the descent of two drones close to a significant international airport.
The Dubai Media Office reported that two drones had fallen near Dubai International Airport (DXB) recently, resulting in four people being harmed. Among them, two Ghanaian nationals and one Bangladeshi national experienced minor injuries, while an Indian national suffered moderate injuries.
Officials have confirmed that airport operations have not been disrupted. A traveler at the airport previously informed the BBC that individuals at the bustling hub were instructed to move away from glass windows and seek refuge in a more secure area.
Since the commencement of the conflict last Saturday, Iranian missiles and drones have targeted civilian infrastructure, military bases in the UAE, and the US Consulate in Dubai.
