The United States Department of Justice has unveiled a photograph showing a man resembling Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor with a woman believed to be a victim of Jeffrey Epstein on his lap. The man, donning a blue shirt and grey hooded jacket, is seen with his arms around a blonde female in Epstein’s Manhattan residence. Another image depicts the same man with a different young woman standing behind him, both women having their faces obscured as victims of Epstein. These photos, part of around 180,000 images released under the Epstein Files Transparency Act, were taken inside Epstein’s New York townhouse.
Mountbatten-Windsor, aged 66, visited Epstein’s Manhattan home for a week in December 2010, claiming he went there out of honor to bid farewell to the convicted pedophile in person. However, documents from the Department of Justice reveal that the two socialized during the visit and remained in contact afterwards. Investigators noted similarities between the man in the photos and Mountbatten-Windsor, further linking him to the controversial visit.
The former prince’s association with Epstein has drawn widespread attention, with allegations of inappropriate behavior surfacing. Recently, he was arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office, accused of sharing sensitive information with Epstein during his time as the UK’s trade envoy. Emails released suggest Epstein introduced Mountbatten-Windsor to young women post his 2008 conviction, raising further concerns about their relationship.
Epstein’s network, including his association with Mountbatten-Windsor and Ghislaine Maxwell, has come under scrutiny. Maxwell, a close associate of Epstein, was convicted in 2021 for sex trafficking crimes and is serving a lengthy prison sentence. Epstein himself faced charges related to sex trafficking of minors before his death in 2019 while in custody. Mountbatten-Windsor has denied all allegations against him and remains under public scrutiny regarding his connections to Epstein.
