“Delightful Easter Weather: Britons to Enjoy Warm, Sunny Weekend”

Britons can look forward to a delightful Easter weekend with clear skies and temperatures edging close to 20C. A broad French heatwave spanning 700 miles is anticipated to bring sunny weather across the country from Good Friday to Easter Monday.

It is anticipated that families will flock to coastal destinations, enjoying ice creams on bustling beaches. The BBC Weather forecasts temperatures ranging from the mid to high teens in the lead-up to Easter, as per reports from the Daily Star.

The BBC highlighted that following variable weather conditions in the upcoming days and a chance of wintry showers midweek, the subsequent two weeks are expected to be milder. High pressure is set to return, bringing below-average precipitation. A heightened southerly airflow may result in warmer weather conditions.

According to the Met Office, many regions are likely to experience more settled weather in early April. Expect predominantly dry conditions, with temperature fluctuations based on daily wind patterns.

After reaching 17C in the South over the weekend, temperatures are projected to drop significantly from midweek, potentially leading to blustery winds, showers, and even snow flurries in the North.

Met Office meteorologist Alex Deakin warned of a “cold plunge” on Wednesday, with Scotland possibly experiencing snowfall. Temperatures are expected to dip into single digits by midweek, signaling a significant cooling trend.

While rain and wind are predicted to ease towards the end of the week, temperatures are forecasted to remain chilly, with a chance of overnight frost in certain areas.
