He described how some criminals enter shops with predetermined lists of items to steal, sometimes traveling long distances in a day to target multiple locations. The expert highlighted the prevalence of organized crime groups utilizing tactics like orchestrated thefts for specific goods and using cartloads to steal multiples of the same items.
