“Boy Attacked in Alley: Knife Held to Throat”

A group of delinquents attacked a 12-year-old boy in an alleyway, holding a knife to his throat and beating him unconscious, as authorities search for the culprits.

Police responded to the incident in Dundee, near the High Street in the city center around 9 pm last night. The boy was swiftly taken to the hospital for a brain scan and was found to have a broken jaw and eye socket from the assault. Fortunately, he has been discharged, according to reports from the Daily Record.

Additionally, a 14-year-old boy and a 17-year-old girl sustained injuries, but there is no update on their conditions at this time.

According to a source cited by the Scottish Sun, the boy confronted a group harassing his friend, leading to a violent attack where he was outnumbered, knocked down, and had a machete placed at his neck while unconscious.

The Scotland Police spokesperson stated: “On Friday, March 20, 2026, around 9 pm, a disturbance involving youths was reported in an alleyway near the High Street in Dundee. Two 12 and 14-year-old males and a 17-year-old female sustained injuries. Investigations are ongoing to locate the perpetrators.”
