Molly-Mae Hague raised concerns among her followers after a recent visit to a farm during lambing season. The 26-year-old influencer, who is pregnant with her second child with partner Tommy Fury, paid a visit to Ash End House Children’s Farm in Staffordshire to see newborn lambs only three days old.
Sharing a charming photo on Instagram showing two little lambs playing in the hay, Molly captioned it with “Three days old” along with cute emojis. While pregnant women can visit farms, precautions are advised to minimize the risk of infections, particularly by avoiding contact with recently birthed animals. There is a concern of toxoplasmosis transmission from sheep to humans during lambing season, posing a higher risk to pregnant women who are advised to refrain from close animal contact.
The farm’s guidelines recommend pregnant women not eat or drink in animal areas and prohibit any handling or cuddling of lambs. Emphasizing their strict animal management, the farm ensures limited public interaction with their animals.
It remains unclear what safety measures Molly-Mae took during her visit. The Mirror has reached out to Molly-Mae’s representative for comments.
In other news, Molly-Mae is set to appear on Celebrity Bake Off, stepping into a new TV venture. Expressing both excitement and apprehension about joining the show, she emphasized her strengths in presentation and decoration but acknowledged potential stress issues.
Fans were delighted earlier this year when Molly-Mae announced her second pregnancy, sharing a photo of her growing baby bump. The news received an outpouring of congratulations from supporters of Molly and Tommy.
