Abbey Clancy playfully joked about leaving her husband Peter Crouch after teasing him about what she referred to as his “red flags”. The model, aged 40, first met the 44-year-old footballer at a bar in Liverpool in 2006.
The couple tied the knot at Stapleford Park in Leicestershire in front of 120 guests. They later reaffirmed their love with a beautiful sunset ceremony in the Maldives in 2023.

Peter shared, “I went for tapas yesterday on my own.” Abbey responded, “Who do you think you are? I have no clue who you are. You’re on Snapchat, swimming, dining alone at tapas, and you don’t mention any of this to me. I might just leave you.”
Peter clarified that he grabbed a quick lunch after recording his podcast, explaining, “There’s a tapas place near where I record my podcast, and it’s convenient for a quick meal with my eating schedule.”
Abbey teased Peter about a potential affair due to his tapas outings, but Peter reassured her that he was just trying to stay in shape for her.
The couple bantered about visiting the tapas restaurant alone, with Abbey admitting she had also been there solo and expressing her love for the place.
Their conversation stemmed from a listener’s confession about wanting to go to the cinema alone but feeling apprehensive. Peter empathized with the listener’s desire for a solitary movie experience, highlighting the difference between watching a film at home versus in a cinema setting.
Although the listener’s idea resonated with Peter, Abbey admitted she was not comfortable going to the cinema alone, stating, “I’m not brave enough to do things by myself; I prefer company.”
