Authorities disclosed that suicide has been ruled out, and the case is being treated as involuntary manslaughter as a precautionary measure. Piotr Antoni Skiba from the District Prosecutor’s Office in Warsaw stated that the investigation is being pursued under Article 155 for involuntary manslaughter, as the cause of death remains undetermined. There is no indication of external involvement based on the initial findings.
