A young woman has recounted a harrowing experience when her then partner forcefully threw her from a fourth-floor window in a fit of jealousy. Bobbie Goodman miraculously survived the attack by Jordan Herring at his mother’s apartment in Merton House, Solihull. Herring falsely claimed to authorities that Bobbie had jumped from the window, leading to her severe injuries including a collapsed lung, shattered pelvis, broken ribs, and a damaged spine.
Security footage captured the distressing moment Bobbie fell to the ground, resulting in a lengthy hospital stay with intensive care and subsequent wheelchair use. Herring, 22, was recently convicted of causing grievous bodily harm but acquitted of attempted murder after a trial at Birmingham Crown Court. He is awaiting sentencing at the same court.
