Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has been accused of touching a 17-year-old girl’s chest during a gathering at Jeffrey Epstein’s residence, according to a woman’s account. Caroline Kaufman, now 32, described feeling like she was part of a “meat market” at Epstein’s New York mansion, where all the girls were reportedly instructed to wear matching black dresses to impress Andrew.
The alleged incident took place during Andrew’s visit in December 2010, where Caroline claimed he was captured in a photo leaning over a young woman on the floor. Despite consistent denials of any misconduct in his association with Epstein, Andrew stated in a 2019 Newsnight interview that he traveled to New York that year to sever ties with Epstein after his 2008 conviction for child sex offenses.
Caroline, who has previously accused Epstein of raping her, has demanded Andrew to testify in court. She recounted feeling uncomfortable during the 2010 encounter, expressing how Andrew appeared to act as if he were a king, which made her eager to leave the situation.
Following the release of numerous documents related to Epstein, Caroline reiterated her belief that Andrew possesses more information than he admits and should be scrutinized for his connections to Epstein. She disclosed attending what she believed was a photoshoot at Epstein’s mansion but later realized it was a “big party” where attendees were clad in black attire. Caroline described the unsettling atmosphere inside the mansion, alleging that attendees were not given a choice in their outfits and were directed by Andrew on where to position themselves.
According to Caroline, she was among several girls present when Andrew approached her, inadvertently brushing her chest with his hand. Andrew reportedly inquired about her age and withdrew when she disclosed being 17 years old. Caroline expressed disbelief at Andrew’s behavior, stating she was eventually taken upstairs and assaulted by Epstein after spending 40 minutes at the event.
Caroline’s legal representatives have previously hinted at serving Andrew with legal documents in person, emphasizing her wish for all witnesses to come forward with information.
