Law enforcement responded to the scene on Horseferry Road in Westminster early this morning after receiving reports of the baby’s fall from a residential building. Sadly, the baby was pronounced dead upon arrival at the hospital.
A 43-year-old woman was apprehended at the location on suspicion of murder and has been detained by the authorities. Investigators suspect the incident took place in a domestic setting and are urging any witnesses or individuals with relevant information to come forward.
