A popular actor from the TV series “Scrubs” has vehemently refuted allegations linking him romantically to an AI chatbot.
Zach Braff, the lead actor of the show, addressed the rumor that gained traction on the podcast “I Need You Guys,” where comedians Jenny Slate, Max Silvestri, and Gabe Liedman discussed the sensational claim. The podcast clip discussing the purported relationship has since gone viral.
During the podcast, Max hinted at insider information without naming names, suggesting that a well-known actor is involved in a romantic relationship with an AI chatbot, even taking the chatbot to various places.
The revelation prompted surprise from the podcast hosts, questioning the actor’s level of fame, to which Max implied that the actor is close to A-list status in the TV industry.
In response to the circulating rumors, Zach Braff took to his Instagram story to express his frustration, categorically denying the claims and clarifying that the storyline in question is part of an upcoming episode of “Scrubs.” He urged gossip sites to update their information accordingly.
Despite the speculation, Zach emphasized that he is not dating an AI chatbot and emphasized that his dating history includes relationships with recognized personalities like singer Frances Whitney and actress Florence Pugh, who he dated until 2022. Florence, significantly younger than Zach, opened up about the scrutiny and challenges they faced in their relationship during a podcast interview with Louis Theroux.
While addressing the situation on social media, Zach called for kindness and understanding, emphasizing the importance of treating others with respect. The actor’s statement aimed to quash the misinformation and set the record straight amid the swirling rumors and speculations.
