Three teenagers are facing murder charges following the death of a man in a suspected assault in an alleyway. Ryan Chilvers, aged 19, Jake Scott, aged 19, and Luke Stubbs, aged 18, have been charged with murder in connection with the death of Paul Miller in a village in Teesside. Stubbs is also facing charges for possession of a knife. The incident took place in New Marske, where Mr. Miller, a resident of Saltburn, sustained fatal injuries in an alleyway between Dale Street and Arthur Terrace. Cleveland Police confirmed his death.
Chilvers, residing on Dale Street in New Marske, Scott from Birchington Avenue in Eston, and Stubbs from Clive Road in Eston, are currently held in custody awaiting their appearance at Teesside Magistrates’ Court. Meanwhile, a 37-year-old man who was arrested on suspicion of murder has been released on conditional bail.
