A tragic incident unfolded as a mother fatally shot her two children before taking her own life in a murder-suicide while her husband was on a business trip. Monika Rubacha, 44, ended the lives of her two children, 14-year-old Josh and 11-year-old Emma, inside their Florida home on February 26. Her husband, Richard James, 45, raised the alarm when he couldn’t reach his wife for over a day.
